Kingdom Men Development
Bible study program
Group teachers and Group leaders will be required to obtain accreditation through the leadership program. This will ensure that satellite groups will adhere to the format and structure established by KMD.
Weekly Bible study to be based on references from Tony Evans Book.
1. Reading the Book will not be a requirement but a major recommendation.
2. Instead of going through the book, we reference the book and some of its content in our weekly
Agenda and meeting material. (Copyright respects)
3. Take the chosen sections and expound on them with biblical references and open dialogue for
discussion.
4. One Agenda and Bible study topic will be disseminated to all groups to maintain KMD continuity
and congruency throughout the entire program (Around the World)
5. Part of the leadership program for men to become group teachers and group leaders would
include them going through a created accreditation program, facilitating meetings, meeting
specified requirements and receiving their credentials.
6. Establish this new program format for scalability. So new pilot groups can be created as we grow.
7. Agenda, Book referenced sentences and bible scriptures to be provided by the program Director
only.
8. Locker Room topics will be a priority If received prior to the current week's Agenda being
distributed.
a. We will place locker room topics on the following week or future agendas unless there is
an urgency that needs to be addressed.
b. This delay will allow us to discuss and ask any questions needed in order to prepare for
the locker Room discussion.
As we scale, we can distribute the Agenda to all satellite groups so all KMD groups are on the
same topics and discussions globally (including Locker Room). Possibly Do a Zoom for a live
intro of the Agenda and then the satellites can move into their individual meetings for discussion
and dialogue with their group leaders. Could be video and/or written agendas.
